Only a short stroll from the beautiful golden sands of Lusty Glaze and Porth Beach, this timber-framed, eco-friendly retreat provides the ideal base for a holiday by the sea. Set over three storeys, the view gets better the higher up you go, with glimpses of the sea from the first floor bedrooms and views of the Atlantic and the surrounding area from the top floor. Porth View is a surprisingly spacious home, located in a residential area of this popular seaside resort and has easy access to the amenities and attractions in the town and all that can be found along this wonderful stretch of coastline. Step inside and the feeling is continental with clean lines, simple styling and decoration. Under-floor heating beneath the wooden floors makes this property a great getaway whatever the season. Enjoy time together in the open plan living-room, snuggling up in front of the cosy wood-burner, ideal after a day riding the Atlantic rollers. Patio doors lead out to the garden where you can fire up the barbecue, lounge in the sun or simply enjoy morning coffee before you stroll down to the beach.
On the first floor, the two single bedrooms sit either side of an office space, ideal for those who have to catch up on some holiday revision or need some quiet space, and here you will also find the stylish family bathroom. The master bedroom takes up the whole of the second floor and sits under the eaves, so please mind your head. After a great night's sleep you will be set up for some wonderful days out in north Cornwall. Porth Beach is a firm family favourite, and with a cafe, pub and restaurant right next to the beach, you don't even need to take a picnic. Beautiful Lusty Glaze beach is also on your doorstep, where the more adventurous can have a go at surfing, abseiling the cliff face or even walking the tightrope. For a different sort of walking, take the coastal path over to Watergate Bay, home of the Extreme Academy and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant.
