The secluded rural setting is inland from the beautiful east Devon/Dorset Jurassic Coast. This historic thatched property is perfect for family holidays and special occasions. The ground floor is super flexible, with a stunning bespoke kitchen with an electric range-style cooker - and all-important wine chiller - and adjoining snug, a fabulous sitting-room with wood-burning stove and Smart TV, a second sitting-room with large screen for Xbox games and DVDs, and a double height oak framed dining/garden-room. Five luxurious bedrooms, three en suite, and a family bathroom, offer top quality.

The house is that perfect balance of character and history with a contemporary makeover. There is fabulous space for children to play and the gardens are fully enclosed so this is a safe place to bring your four-legged friends too. If there are any rainy days the second sitting-room has a large wall-mounted TV screen for games and films and the open fronted games-room has table-tennis, table-football and darts. This property is exceptionally private but is easy to reach from either Honiton or Cullompton. Beyond Honiton you can head to the coast at Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. The Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is on your doorstep for walking off the beaten track.
