Aggie Blue is an absolute delight, a light-filled and beautifully styled family house with whitewashed walls and playful pops of bright colour. Set on the edge of the bustling village of St Agnes on the spectacular north Cornish coast, this wonderful contemporary house is close to fabulous beaches and stunning clifftop walks. Spacious open plan living accommodation on the ground floor opens out to a beautifully planted enclosed courtyard. There are three good-sized bedrooms - one en suite - and a family bathroom upstairs, plus a snug sitting-room for children. St Agnes is a wonderfully pretty and vibrant place with the centre of the village just a ten minute walk away, where excellent independent shops, award-winning eateries, popular wine bars and proper village pubs all wait to be explored.

Aggie Blue is perfect for families with welcoming open plan accommodation on the ground floor with the fully-fitted kitchen-area leading to a family-room/dining-area which in turn leads into the sitting-area. Here an inset wood-burner provides a warming focal point in cooler months and the big wall-mounted TV is perfect for family film evenings. Doors open from the family-room to the sheltered, south-facing courtyard, which has access to Goonown play park, a fabulous open grassy space with football pitch, running track, zip wire, climbing ropes and play equipment. Parents can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine while keeping an eye on children having fun in the park. Also on the ground floor is a wide hallway and cloakroom, with access to the integral garage which houses a washing machine and wetsuit drying rack. Safe storage for kayaks and surfboards is available, and plenty of off-road parking, so you can park up and relax. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super-king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower-room, with the second double and twin bedrooms sharing the family bathroom. A tiny snug sitting-room with raised seating accessed via a short ladder, TV, children's books and games provides a chill-out space for youngsters. St Agnes is a lovely village, welcoming and friendly, and full of independent shops, galleries, eating places and traditional pubs. The beach at Trevaunance Cove is great for families and surfers, and there are four other fabulous beaches within five miles. Coastal walks offer spectacular views during the day and stunning sunsets on clear evenings. There are plenty of places to hire surfboards and book surf lessons locally, as well as escorted kayaking, orienteering and wild foraging tours. Perfect for families, Aggie Blue is also available at a discounted rate for parties of four or less out of the main season.
