This gorgeous eco-friendly detached property is set on the outskirts of St Just. Guinea fowls roam and peacocks strut within the gardens surrounding the owners' farmhouse. The Perch has its own south-facing terrace with views across undulating countryside, separated from the cottage by an ingenious ha-ha.

The modern interior offers comfort and relaxation, the open plan living area is glazed on the south side allowing the sun and warmth to flood in.

The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining-area encourages convivial meals. Both comfortable bedrooms have en suite shower-rooms, with large walk-in showers and modern fittings.

With St Just in one direction and bustling St Ives in the other, there is plenty to keep you busy. The coast is near, the beaches at Sennen and Porthcurno beg to be explored and countryside walks abound.

The South West Coast Path is literally on your doorstep, as is the moorland trail taking you to the wilds of West Penwith. Buses are abundant in the area so leave your car and enjoy a trip in an open top double decker along one of Britain's most scenic roads, from St Just to St Ives.
