Rosedale is a traditional detached cottage which enjoys a fantastically convenient location set back slightly from the main road leading to the famously popular St Ives, its wonderful coastline and Porthkidney Sands. There are views onto the Hayle estuary from the first floor bedrooms and, with a games-room and pool table, the whole family are guaranteed an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped and decorated in soft blues. The spacious sitting/dining-room is nearby with its roaring open fire. Stairs lead up to the two double bedrooms – one of which is en suite – and the family bathroom is also on this level. Up another storey you will find the third, single bedroom. There is a well-maintained garden with a terrace and view to the estuary.
