To aid your outdoor experience, a patio set, hot tub, barbecue and fire-pit are provided, perfect for those times that you want to feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world however still have the traditional outside creature comforts. Sat in 10 acres of stunning grounds, you couldn't feel more at one with mother nature - you will be treated to a glorious collection of trees, from an orchard with a juicy selection of apple trees, to the good ol' faithful Willow, Birch, Ash and Walnut trees, all providing the perfect woodland picture. With all three surrounding fields bonded together with a babbling stream, this setting is second to none. Picture yourselves lounging on the wooden deck watching the sun go down, relaxing amidst nature's most amazing sounds, smells and views, in complete privacy and tranquillity - bliss!

However it's not all about outside, this beautiful barrel-top wagon is a very special treat in itself. The clever design makes it a real home-from-home, complimented with some very original yet comfortable furnishings, you will fall in love instantly. Should you be able to tear yourself away from this superb spot, there are many attractions close by. The Tarka Trail is any walker's/biker's paradise, to the sandy beaches which can be found at Westward Ho! and Bude, both easily accessible by car. There are 350 acres of nature reserves and lakes accessible on foot, located approximately one and a half miles away, as well as RHS Rosemoor and many other gardens within a short drive. So, whether it be adventure and exploration or relax and renovation you seek, this perfect little spot offers it all.
