If you were looking for cottages like No Place, how about trying these:

Reputed to be the most westerly thatched cottage in Britain, No Place boasts extensive and well-maintained gardens as well as complete privacy and is set above the white sands and azure blue seas of Sennen Cove.

Formerly a Cornish longhouse, this detached retreat retains many original features such as low beams and doorways. The kitchen/diner has granite worktops and an oil-fired range (a small hob and combination microwave are also provided) and leads to the sitting-room, warmed by a wood-burner. There are two ground floor bedrooms, with the twin having open-tread stairs up to a little snug.

The swimming-pool (available from 30 April to the end of September) and the hot tub (available all year) is in an enclosed terrace at the end of the garden, this area also houses the owners unoccupied artist studio, and an outdoor table-tennis table making this an ideal getaway for the whole family. A stream trickles through the beautiful enclosed garden and there is a summer-house in which to relax in the sunshine.
