There are fabulous views from this lovely waterside apartment, looking over to the pretty village of Flushing, the Roseland and beyond. Tall Ships is a wonderful base to explore the Falmouth's sandy beaches, restaurants and shops, and further beyond, but with so much on offer close by you might not even need your car.

Furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard, the apartment makes the most of the views, with a Juliet balcony in the large sitting-room looking over a sheltered courtyard to the water beyond, and the kitchen window looking towards the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club. A spiral staircase leads up to the perfect chill-out space - a glass-fronted sun-lounge and the rooftop terrace with panoramic views all-round.

Tall Ships offers wonderfully comfortable accommodation for families and couples alike, with a large, bright sitting/dining-room furnished to an impeccable standard and providing space for everyone to stretch out and relax. There is a dining-area, a huge corner sofa and a 49 inch Smart TV so you can cosy up and watch a good film in winter months (although storm watching from the warmth and comfort of this centrally-heated, double glazed apartment is equally enjoyable!).

The kitchen/breakfast-room is fully equipped with everything provided for easy catering but with a multitude of dining opportunities in Falmouth town centre just a short walk away, eating out is always an attractive option. The master bedroom has an en suite shower-room with a walk-in shower, while the twin bedroom has use of the limestone-tiled family bathroom.

Located on the second floor of the renowned Admiral's Quay development, it is a short stroll down to the town centre where you will find the Prince of Wales Pier, where ferries run to the Cathedral City of Truro, Flushing, St Mawes and along the Helford river. With several beautiful National Trust gardens and sandy beaches within a short distance and the north coast surfing beaches and the Eden Project an easy drive away, Tall Ships is the perfect base for a wonderful holiday at any time of year.
