Definitely the first (or last) hot tub and outdoor swimming pool in the country! This immaculate retreat is all on one level making it perfect for guests of all ages. Your own private hot tub is set on the private terrace and has sea views across open country side to Land's End and the crashing Atlantic Ocean.

You have the use of a large outdoor heated swimming pool (available from the beginning of May to the end of September), a huge garden and a games-room/gym. Whether you are looking for relaxation, peace and quiet or an adventure surfing or walking the cliff paths, Monterey Pines will welcome you home at the end of the day.

The open plan living area is beautifully presented, with a roaring wood-burner keeping you cosy and warm all year round. There are two comfortable and spacious bedrooms and a modern shower-room - all of this within walking distance of spectacular Land's End. Monterey Pines and its neighbour, Willow Stump (3311), are immaculately well presented single-storey properties, with plenty to see and do.

These are the first and last holiday cottages in England! Just a stone's throw from Land's End with its dramatic cliffs, coastal paths and below, the crashing Atlantic Ocean. Sennen Cove, with its white sands and azure blue seas is just a mile away, the perfect retreat for any keen surfer. If the waves don't call to you, perhaps amble along to the farmers market held here every Tuesday. A huge selection of local produce is available, take it back to your lovely cottage and fire up the barbecue or, out-of-season, light the wood-burner and enjoy some local cheese and wine whilst relaxing in comfort. Watch the wildlife roaming the garden and enjoy the rabbits feeding and sunbathing. Buzzards and other species of rare birds are also here in abundance. There is ample parking and with the South West Coast Path just a minute away, why not park up and enjoy exploring this gorgeous area by foot.
