There is a definite nautical feel about the balcony of this first floor apartment, where you can almost imagine the gentle swell of the waves beneath you as you gaze out over the glistening blue sea. An ideal spot for a bird's eye view across the bay towards Chynhalls Point, The Poop Deck offers a welcome respite from the rigours of everyday life and is conveniently located a short walk up the hill from Coverack's friendly local pub and picturesque harbour, the beach and the village stores. Exterior steps lead up to the private front entrance, another flight of stairs inside taking you up into the apartment itself.

Beautifully furnished and both stylish and comfortable, sitting on the sofa in the open plan living-room you can relax and enjoy the view whatever the weather, the high vaulted sloping ceiling allowing lots of light to flood into this super space. Come rain or shine step up onto the private decked balcony (please take care with children) and enjoy the view, what a stunning place to eat your breakfast as the sun rises or sip on a drink before dinner as the sun goes to bed. The apartment also has a small private garden which is on a slope so not great for ball games, but the bench at the top end is the perfect place to sit and look at the view; if you want to get a bit closer a short walk down the road or coast path will lead you to the friendly local pub and a choice of places to dine including The Bay Hotel and Harbour Lights restaurant, all offering a mouth-watering selection of local produce. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner or just a glass or two can all be found right on your doorstep as well as the small local village shop for those essential items and local specialities. For those seeking more activity you can join the coast path towards Porthallow and on to the Helford or in the other direction towards the Lizard, stopping at the sculpture gardens just off Chynhalls Point on the way or if you prefer to get closer to the water why not pop down to the windsurfing school for a lesson or two? If that all sounds too active then why not take a seat and simply take in the view.
