This very pretty former farm cottage, part of the Rosteague Manor courtyard buildings, is located in a lovely rural setting at the end of a private lane on the Rosteague Estate. The cottage has been sensitively restored and is full of character, decorated throughout in natural colours with a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. Ledge and brace doors, panelled walls, pegged oak beams, granite lintels and sloping eaves all add to the charm but please watch the low ceiling on the stairs and upstairs hall (duck or grouse!).
All the family can relax and enjoy time together in the cosy sitting-room, all warm and toasty thanks to the wood-burner. Outside, the terrace and lawn area is exceptionally sunny and ideal for al fresco dining, so if the weather is as hoped adults and children alike will be able to barbecue after a busy day exploring this stunning area of Cornwall. The cottage has three bedrooms but is more suited to a maximum of four adults and two children as six adults may find it a bit of a squeeze.

Kitchen/Dining-room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble-drier, dishwasher and ornamental Rayburn
Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin (leading to Dressing-room)
Bedroom 1 with twin beds
Bedroom 2 with twin beds (recommended for children only)

Take care of the beams in the bedrooms, as well as on the stairs. Because of the smaller twin room, one of the beds is not an average size and so Rosteague is more suited to parties of up to 4 adults and 2 children.
