This charming Victorian semi-detached house, with wonderful views of Gerrans Bay, has been tastefully restored throughout to provide excellent holiday accommodation. In a quiet part of the village it is within easy walking distance of the harbour and shops in one direction, and in the other a two minute walk will take you to the cliff path which leads to the safe sandy beach at Porthcurnick.

Light and spacious the sitting/dining-room has a bay window to take advantage of the lovely sea views, a painted floor and a warming wood-burner. A lovely modern kitchen has all the bells and whistles you need on holiday. There are three bedrooms (one en suite) and a family bathroom on the first floor off a split level landing with some steps up and down; a spiral staircase (take care with children) then leads further up to an attic double bedroom with exposed beams and Velux windows. All in all a lovely house.

There are a multitude of wonderful eating places within a few miles, from the famous Hidden Hut at Porthcurnick beach, the Rosevine and Driftwood hotels with their outstanding restaurants and the Idle Rocks and Hotel Tresanton in nearby St Mawes, which both offer exceptional food and sublime sea views. There are galleries selling original Cornish art, farmers’ markets and renowned Cornish gardens to explore. The nearby King Harry Ferry crosses the River Fal giving easy access to the pretty Cathedral City of Truro, maritime Falmouth and the dramatic cliffs and sandy surfing beaches of the north coast. Properties on the Roseland are perfectly placed to explore Portscatho, St Mawes, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Portloe and Charlestown. The Nare Hotel (at Carne beach) with their Carne Bay Spa is open to non-residents and special packages are available for using the hotel's fabulous facilities and enjoying a treatment in the Spa. The nearby beaches are stunning – Porthcurnick, Porthbean, Pendower and Carne Beach to name a few!
