Tucked down a quiet country lane and just five minutes’ drive from the sea, this charming detached cottage is surrounded by 50 acres of National Trust land and is adjacent to the coastal footpath. The unspoilt village of Portholland and the fairytale castle and gardens at Caerhays (open to visitors from February to June) are within easy reach, with sandy beaches at Portholland and Porthluney.
The open plan living-room has a well-equipped kitchen-area, a sitting-area with an electric wood-burner effect stove and a stable-door out to the front garden. Upstairs, the bedroom has an open beamed, sloping ceiling, a king-size bed and views over the secluded rear garden.
Please note the approach lane is an unmade road so drive carefully.
The open plan living-room in Heartsease has a flat screen TV with DVD and a CD/Radio/MP3 player. Upstairs, the bedroom is decorated in peaceful shades of cream and white and has an en suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
