This beautifully converted barn is set in the small hamlet of Treluggan. Small but perfectly formed, the cottage has a high cantilevered ceiling giving the cottage a wonderfully light and spacious feel. A fully-glassed end wall looks out over the slate terrace and the prettily-planted garden of the neighbouring owners. There is also a gravelled rear courtyard garden and a private driveway.
Folly’s is a perfect retreat for couples, with Pendower Beach and the National Trust coastal footpath just minutes away. Portscatho has a variety of eclectic shops and art galleries selling wonderful Cornish art, with the renowned Hidden Hut at Porthcurnick beach offering delicious treats for walkers.
Folly’s has a kitchen/dining-room on the ground floor with a fully fitted kitchen, white-painted kitchen units and a toasty wood-burner in the dining-area. The bedroom and shower-room are on the ground floor and a white-painted staircase leads up to the sitting-area in the open mezzanine level above.
