Bay View is a modern, mid terrace house a short stroll from the centre of the coastal village of Portscatho, the sandy beach at Porthcurnick and an amazing stretch of coastal path on the stunning Roseland peninsula. This recently refurbished property, sleeping six in three bedrooms, has been decorated with a welcoming seaside theme. For out-of-season holidays there is a wood-burner in the sitting-room, and partial under-floor heating downstairs keeps the property cosy after a day out walking. The rear terrace with outside furniture has the advantage of being securely enclosed, and a small pedestrian gate leads to a path – shared by the adjacent properties – which is a shortcut to the heart of the village.
The property is set back from the road allowing off-road parking for one car. Roadside parking is also available. Portscatho offers a range of shops, galleries, places to eat and of course a traditional pub. There is something for all the family here – with unspoilt beaches, rocky coves, boat trips on the Fal estuary and attractions such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the unique Eden Project.
