Apple Loft Cottage is a charming and delightful solid stone building, converted in 2016 into a spacious family holiday home for five.

It is located within the grounds of Nancealverne House (1895) where a cluster of other buildings can be found on this small country estate.

Park up and amble towards the front door passing your small south-facing cobbled patio and enter into the open plan living-room with cosy, toasty wood-burner, farmhouse kitchen table for holiday feasts and modern, spacious well-equipped kitchen. The first floor is home to two beautifully presented bedrooms, one a family-room, and each with an en suite shower-room, making it an excellent choice for a family or two couples along with up to two lucky dogs (over 18 months old).

With easy access from the A30, much is to be visited in this area alone with Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole a short drive away. Each offer fabulous sea views, and individual bars and cafes for holiday treats. Slightly further afield, Marazion with the iconic St Michael's Mount and the gorgeous beach are a must, as is walking around Cape Cornwall, visiting the Tate Gallery in St Ives or visiting Porthcurno and the wonderful Minack Theatre. Perhaps you may fancy a day trip to the wonderfully unspoilt Isles of Scilly too?

Oh, and if you are looking to hunker down for a special family get-together or an intimate wedding party, for larger parties of up to 13, Nancealverne House (1895) (which sleeps eight) can also be booked and has acres of garden, a lake and woodland which can be explored and enjoyed by all members of your party.
