Feel the sand, made from seashells, between your toes on the family-friendly, mile-long sandy beach at Praa Sands which is a mere hop skip and a jump from this fabulously spacious holiday home. Relax outside on the large raised deck enjoying the spectacular sea views or spend time together on comfy sofas in one of the two sitting-rooms playing games in front of the fire or just hanging out before dinner. Stay home and cook a tasty meal or venture out to one of the local eateries to sample some locally caught fish and produce...whether you want to surf the waves, walk the coast paths, build sandcastles, read a book on the beach, or just spend time with family and friends, at Trevethan you really can have it all.
The house is conveniently located close to the village centre with a grocery store at the end of the lane for those few essentials and to buy stamps for your postcards to send home. Behind the sand dunes by the beach you will find the beach bar and restaurants, a surf shop and, for those wanting to get on the greens, just behind the house is Praa Sands Golf and Country Club. There is also a bit of history here, just inland from the middle of the beach is Pengersick Castle, built for refuge and defence, its four-storey tower dates back to the 16th Century.
