This incredibly spacious and beautifully presented detached country cottage is in a glorious peaceful setting on the edge of Exmoor National Park with north Devon's stunning sandy beaches just a short drive away too. The Coach House has a unique and welcoming combination of traditional English country comfort and elegant continental style with a stunning dining hall, beautiful Scandinavian wood-burners (and an unlimited supply of logs from the farm) and grand double doors to the first floor living areas that originate from a French country house. There is a partially walled terrace garden to the front, French windows to a patio and lawned garden to the rear and use of an astro turf tennis court.

The top quality accommodation here gives you the flexibility of two large en suite bedrooms – one with a king-sized bed and also a dressing-room and the other with either twin beds or a super-king sized bed – both on the ground floor to either side of the grand entrance hall. On the first floor there is a truly sociable open plan living space (with views over the valley) which incorporates the kitchen, two deep and luxurious sofas and a breakfast-table, as well as a second cosy sitting-room and a very useful pantry. The outside space is excellent too and includes a barbecue-area (a disposable barbecue is provided) and the wonderful shared tennis court. The Owners' farmhouse is on the other side of the driveway and so the setting feels very private.
