Adjoining the Owners’ cottage but completely separate, The Hideaway is all on one level inside with a few steps up to the private raised terrace outside, a real sun-trap and great spot to enjoy a Pimms or two after a day out exploring this unspoilt and rugged area of Cornwall. From the moment you enter this pretty cottage you may just fall head over heels for this hidden gem, a treasure that may keep you coming back time and time again. Babes in arms up to six months old are welcome at The Hideaway.

This great location gives easy access to the wonders of the Helford River and the rugged coves and unspoilt beaches on the Lizard, as well as Falmouth and Truro in one direction and the north coast beaches in another. The fishing harbour of Porthleven with numerous restaurants and local shops is only 10 minutes’ drive away and if you fancy walking there you can take the route through Helston passing the boating lake and down through the Penrose Estate; great scenery at any time of the year.
