Sitting on the edge of a wooded valley and only a short drive to the thriving fishing port of Porthleven with its restaurants, cafes and pretty harbour, this charming 19th Century former coach house is a perfect retreat for two.

Set in eight acres of countryside, this delightful cottage is in a truly peaceful setting, completely detached and private from the owners' house, and also Barney's Cabin (4185), which sits opposite but not overlooking the cottage.

The raised decked terrace, accessed from the kitchen, overlooks fields and woods and is a lovely place to sit and simply enjoy the views over the market town of Helston.

With wonderful countryside views, Newham House Cottage is ideally located to explore not only Cornwall's rugged west coast but also gives great access to the Lizard peninsula, Helford River and beyond.
