A gorgeous Cornish cottage, close to the shores of the glorious Perranporth beach. This charming detached cottage is ideal for families and dog lovers as the pretty lawned garden is enclosed and there are wonderful walks to explore from the doorstep.

Opening the back door of Sunnyside Cottage into the roomy kitchen/diner, your holiday cottage opens up in front of you. The kitchen is well-equipped for your every need and there is a dining-table in the light and bright little extension, ideal for lazy breakfasts. Down a few steps you will find the cosy sitting-room with a traditional granite inglenook housing the wood-burner. Perfect for those cosy evenings in front of the flickering flames.

Follow the open-tread polished oak stairs to the delightful bedrooms with their low ceilings and doorways - part of the Cornish charm. There is a sweet twin bedroom which is perfect for children or couples. The single bedroom is rather sweet and leads through to the principal bedroom, the bed is tucked in the sloping ceilings of the eaves making it a cosy retreat at the end of the day. The principal bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with a good size tub along with a separate shower. There is of course a second family shower-room on the ground floor.

Outside the cottage is a delightful lawned garden with a small patio; the garden catches the sun all day, hence the name of the cottage. The owners have also installed a great garden-room which is the perfect escape for teenagers!

Not too far from Sunnyside Cottage is the large, sandy beach of Perranporth. This is a popular holiday destination where you can enjoy a three mile walk along the beautiful sandy beach and it is dog-friendly most of the year (please check the council restrictions). There is an abundance of cafes and pubs to enjoy and The Watering Hole is right on the beach where you can enjoy live music, good food and a decent pint. Close by, St Agnes waits to be explored where there is a choice of butchers, bakers (well worth a visit) and even a few nice shops to explore.
