Sea View is the cottage on the left as seen from down the hill in Cadgwith, there is also a little village shop up in the hamlet of Ruan Minor a few minutes' walk from the cottage.

The pretty church in Ruan Minor is a few minutes' walk up the hill from the house and past the village shop on the way.
