This spacious, light-filled house is set on the hillside above the picturesque seaside village of Coverack. The stunning sea views will tempt you to head down to the beach or the harbour with cafes, a pub, restaurant and village shop a short stroll away along the South West Coast Path.

This lovely welcoming house neighbours the owners' property however both remain private from one another. The large entrance hall opens to the living spaces on the ground floor; the sitting-room has a wonderful outlook to the sea and a cosy wood-burner for cooler months to keep you cosy. The large and contemporary kitchen opens to the planted garden and gravelled terrace, there is also a snug/study, and a handy downstairs WC. The dining-room provides a lovely space for formal dining for the delicious treats you pick up on your adventures (or perhaps some local fish and chips!).

Upstairs, the wide landing leads to four spacious bedrooms; the two bedrooms at the front of the house boast fabulous sea views and en suite shower-rooms. The twin bedrooms are tucked away at the back of the house and share the family bathroom.

Perfect for everyone to spend time outside together, the large level garden is extremely well-maintained by the owners - the tiered flowerbeds, some along the top of traditional Cornish retaining walls, are full of colour almost all year round.

Set in such a pretty Cornish village and so light, comfortable, modern and spacious inside, with the addition of ultrafast broadband, Arlyn Wartha really is the ideal family holiday home in any season.
