Just a few miles from the glorious golden sands of Perranporth beach and set in a scenic rural location, this is a wonderful place for a holiday. Found at the end of a long farm lane with only Hendra Barn (2568), Little Hendra (2689) and two other houses nearby, peace is assured. The Old Coach House is detached and single-storey with an enclosed, south-facing garden with level lawns bordered by well-established shrubs. Attractively decorated and furnished, with lovely linens, cushions and throws and colourful prints on the walls, everything is provided for your comfort. The large kitchen/breakfast-room is fully equipped and a wood-burner in the sitting/dining-room will fend off any unseasonal chills. All three bedrooms have doors out to the garden, with two sharing the small bathroom and the master bedroom having an en suite shower-room. Great surfing beaches at Newquay, St Agnes and Porthtowan are all within twelve miles and the Catherdral City of Truro is a short drive away. The nearby village of Mitchell has a renowned pub and an award-winning restaurant offering wonderful food and local ales. Coarse fishing (at cost) and kennels are available on site by arrangement with the Owner. Please note there is a private water supply, regularly tested.
