If you were looking for cottages like Hendra Barn, how about trying these:

Here’s a holiday cottage with a difference... just a few miles from fabulous beaches at Perranporth and Newquay this large and impressive barn conversion is the ideal location for family gatherings, friends’ reunions and special celebrations. The Owners run a hospitality business and can arrange clay pigeon shooting, coarse fishing and cookery lessons on site, or even a private chef to cater for you. Hendra Barn is located at the end of a long farm road and semi-detached from Little Hendra (2689) with only the Owners, The Old Coach House (2615) and another property nearby. There are huge lawns and two fishing and wildlife lakes (please supervise children at all times), free-range hens and two pairs of peacocks. Hendra Barn has a massive open plan, oak-floored living-room with under-floor heating and a large wood-burner. Glazed on three sides allowing light to stream in, this is the perfect place for relaxing and socialising. There are comfortable sofas, a huge dining-table, satellite television, WiFi access and doors to a raised slate-flagged south-facing patio (take care with children) which overlooks the lawns and lakes. The kitchen/breakfast-room has a granite sink and work surfaces, slate flooring, an oil-fired Aga and electric cooker, and an American-style fridge/freezer in the utility-room. A family bedroom with a double and single bed adjoins the spacious wet-room and has doors to a patio-area. Upstairs is an en suite double bedroom with a large balcony, while the third double bedroom, single room and bunk-room share the large family bathroom. Outside there is plenty of space for children to let off steam and kennels for your dog if you visit non-doggy places (dogs must be controlled around livestock and wildfowl). The superb north coast surfing beaches at Perranporth, St Agnes and Porthtowan are all within ten miles, with sands, rock pools, surfing lessons and beachside cafes and bars. The Cathedral City of Truro, with cobbled streets and an eclectic mix of shops, pubs and bars, is a short drive and the award-winning Plume of Feathers in nearby Mitchell offers great food. The second cot is a travel cot and the property has a private water supply (regularly tested).
