At the end of a long woodland drive, this detached reversed level stone cottage stands within its own private enclosed garden, behind the Owners’ home and completely out of sight of their other holiday property Lampra Mill Cottage (1784). An entrance lobby leads into the first floor sitting/dining-room with its comfy corner sofa and welcoming wood-burner, the modest-sized but exceedingly well-equipped kitchen beyond leading to a shower-room (very small, but perfectly serviceable!). Downstairs, French doors open out to the pretty south-facing garden from the spacious bedroom.
Stunning Kynance Cove with its turquoise waters and dramatic clifftop walks is close by and well worth a visit. The renowned subtropical gardens of the Helford valley are only a short drive away, with the shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants of the sailing town of Falmouth just a little further.
