With wonderful waterside views from this little bolthole, you will find yourself very content watching the daily activities of the harbour pass by. Part of the Packet Quays development in Falmouth, you are moments from the pretty town centre where you will find many independent and unique restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy.

This property has been set up to really make the most of the outlook with reverse accommodation, entering the property up some steps you open the door to the landing, up the stairs you find the living space on the first floor and down the stairs are your bedrooms and family bathroom.

The living space on the first floor really makes the most of the outlook with double doors opening to a small balcony where you can enjoy watching the sun come up with a morning coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine on a balmy summer evening. The sofa is perfectly placed to watch the boats come and go from the windows and the dining table is tucked away for those cosy evening meals together or perhaps a board game or two. The separate kitchen is well equipped for all your culinary needs but who wants to cook on holiday with so many wonderful places to eat on your doorstep.

On the ground floor there are two charming bedrooms and the family bathroom. The principle bedroom has a double bed perfectly set up to look over the sea, enjoy slow mornings watching the tide ebb and flow over Falmouth. The twin bedroom is super cosy and perfect for families or groups of friends and the family bathroom has a bath for a luxurious soaking and a separate shower.

Geach's Cott has private parking for a medium-sized car in the garage, the property can be found up two flights of stairs from here (three flights from ground level) but the climb is most definitely worth it. Don’t forget your kayaks or paddleboards as you have the use of a private slipway and foreshore which is such a treat to explore this lovely area on the water.

Falmouth is only a hop, skip and jump away from your front door with so many lovely places to eat, independent shops to discover, there is much to explore. Head to the Prince of Wales Pier just down the road where ferries sail to Truro, St Mawes, Flushing and the Helford River or hire a bike and cycle over to the lovely sandy beaches of Gyllynvase or Swanpool both with cafes and water sports equipment available to hire. Renowned Cornish gardens at Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan are nearby and on the north coast, fabulous surf beaches are just half an hour away. With so much to explore from your doorstep you will want to come racing back to this lovely little bolt hole.
