The little village of Fraddam straddles the road from Hayle to Helston, just a few minutes’ drive from either coast.
Perfect for exploring west Cornwall, this spacious detached cottage is finished to an exceptional standard, incorporating a restful contemporary colour scheme and stylish, comfortable furnishings. Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with just the generous double bedroom and its shower-room upstairs. Although this property does not accept children, a baby up to 12 months is welcome.
Ideal for those who find stairs difficult, the twin bedroom is downstairs and has an en suite wet-room. The large kitchen/dining-room is fitted with granite and beech-block work surfaces and a butler’s sink. The back door opens out to stone steps that lead to a private paved courtyard up behind the cottage.
