Nantivet does command a rather special position.
Take the steps, and follow the path down through the terraced garden to the gate at the bottom, for a shortcut to the cove.

Picturesque Mullion Cove is only a few minutes' walk from Nantivet.

The coastal footpath beyond the garden gate leads in one direction to Polurrian’s sandy beach (just a 15 minute stroll there, but a little longer for the uphill walk back!), and in the other to dramatic Kynance Cove and Lizard Point. The renowned Mullion Cove Hotel is within easy walking distance, and Mullion’s shops, pubs and restaurants are only a couple of minutes’ drive away.
