Built above the Owners' triple garage (used only for storage) and accessed via exterior steps, this lovely apartment is much more spacious than it looks. The large open plan living-room has a fully fitted kitchen, a wood-burner (with logs supplied free) and comfortable sofas, perfect for cosy evenings. Outside, a sheltered sitting-area looks over fields, a delightful spot for breakfast on sunny days. The ancient town of Lostwithiel is under a mile away, famed for its antiques shops and antiques fairs, and with a renowned restaurant, deli and farmers' market to explore.
