Not far from Fowey on Cornwall’s south coast and close to the Saints’ Way former pilgrim’s route, Buny Whey is a spacious, single-storey detached cottage with lovely rural views towards the nearby village of Lanlivery.

The interior of this beautiful home features an eclectic mix of the traditional and modern; exposed stone and traditional lime mortar coated with breathable eco paint, under-floor heating as well as a wood-burner, a huge wall-mounted television, and a contemporary high-level oak dining-table with matching tall chairs in the kitchen-area. There are two stylish bedrooms, the double with a curtain screening its en suite bathroom.

The large enclosed garden, complete with children’s play equipment, overlooks fields where the nearby owners keep horses and sheep.

A nearby footpath provides a delightful short walk to the excellent local pub – the perfect place for a leisurely lunch or to mull over the day’s adventures with a glass of wine. The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House are an easy drive away.
