This beautifully presented bungalow has countryside views towards the coast and provides spacious accommodation in a peaceful rural location, close to the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey. Set down narrow country lanes a short distance from Little Polsue (1949) and the Owners, all the facilities provided on site are available to guests. These include an outdoor swimming pool (available May to September – please supervise children at all times), hot tub, steam room and infra-red sauna, all set around a south-facing, sun-trap courtyard with far-reaching views. The Gairns has a comfortable, light-filled sitting/dining-room, the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom while the second double bedroom and twin bedroom share a good-sized shower-room, all furnished and presented to a very high standard. Mevagissey is nearby, home to fishing boats, old smugglers’ pubs, tea-rooms and little shops. A large sandy beach and safe cycle trails are found at nearby Pentewan, close to the renowned Heligan Gardens, while the Eden Project and pretty Charlestown harbour are a short drive away. Please note this property has a private water supply (regularly tested).
