Named after the abundant array of colourful camellias bordering the front garden in spring, this welcoming little cottage lies just outside the village of St Hilary within an attractive, fully enclosed private garden with a large sunny lawn and patio at the rear. Adjoining but completely separate from Magnolia (2589), Camellia Cottage has a well-equipped galley-style kitchen leading via two steps into the separate dining-room. This part of the cottage is the oldest, with low doorways (please mind your head!) and a steep staircase leading up to the en suite twin bedroom. Two further steps from the dining-room lead to the hall and bathroom and the spacious double bedroom is beyond the sitting-room and has patio doors to the garden.
