West Hartley Hayloft

2151

4.7 miles W of Dartmouth / Sleeps 6 + cot*

7 Nights from £502 - £1254

Nestling in the heart of the rolling South Hams countryside just four miles from the sea, West Hartley Hayloft is a lovely barn conversion. The region is well-known for its tree-lined rivers, sandy beaches and rocky coves, and the town of Dartmouth, with its interesting shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants, is only a short drive away. One of a small group of privately owned barns, the property has been tastefully developed and has a spacious open plan living-room with a wooden floor and exposed beams. The bedrooms on the lower ground floor are built into the hillside, and overlook a landscaped shared courtyard. To the front there is an enclosed garden and patio-area, ideal for enjoying this tranquil setting.

This lovely part of the South Hams has so much to offer visitors with sailing, fishing, glorious beaches and walks on the South West Coast Path. Both Dartmouth Golf and Country Club and Woodlands Family Theme Park are just over a mile away. Greenway, the holiday home of Agatha Christie, is readily accessed via passenger ferry from nearby Dittisham and well worth a visit.
