Sundial is an immaculately presented ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area above Falmouth’s town centre. Ideal for both couples and families, all the town’s facilities are just a ten minute walk away. Accessed by a flight of steps from the private parking-area, the apartment is all on one level inside and surprisingly spacious, offering real home-from-home accommodation with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There are restaurants and bars on The Moor nearby, and ferries sail from the Prince of Wales Pier to Truro, Flushing, St Mawes and the Helford River. A stroll through town brings you to Discovery Quay, home to the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, the annual Oyster Festival and much more besides.

Sundial is traditionally furnished and has a large, light-filled sitting/dining-room with a small patio outside providing a quiet sitting-area. There is a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment for cooking family meals. Both bedrooms have en suite facilities, one with a bathroom and the other – with 'zip and link’ beds for flexible accommodation – with a shower-room, and both with their own televisions. This is the ideal base for exploring both near and far; sandy Gyllyngvase beach is only a mile away with the coastal footpath wending its way past and on towards the Helford valley and the Lizard peninsula beyond. Garden lovers will enjoy the beautiful subtropical gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan, while the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens are an easy drive away. The spectacular cliffs and surfing beaches of the north coast are within half an hour, offering a dramatic contrast to the sheltered south coast.
