This is an ideal base from which to explore the historic and bustling maritime town of Falmouth.

Floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood the airy, open plan living space making the most of the outlook, even when you are making your morning coffee you will be able to enjoy the sun rise over Falmouth from the kitchen. The small but sweet balcony is the perfect spot to sit, switch off and let your mind just drift whilst watching the moored boats bobbing gently in the harbour below and the comings and goings of yachts, ocean-going liners and Royal Naval ships out on the water. The apartment is peached above the local branch line from Falmouth to Truro, it trundles past every half an hour.

The master bedroom, with a sea view naturally, has its own en suite shower-room and the twin bedroom, with use of the family bathroom, also offers views towards the harbour.

Perfect for those not wishing to drive and with a level access from the parking-area, Harbour Heights is an easy, flat ten-minute stroll to the centre of Falmouth, the gorgeous, sandy Gyllyngvase beach and the small branch line railway station which can have you in the nearby Cathedral City of Truro in about twenty minutes.

As well as the town centre and beaches on the southerly seafront, Swanpool beach and nature reserve are within a scenic half-hour walk. A bird lovers paradise, more than a hundred species of bird have been seen here; mallard can be found at the pool all year round whilst moorhens, coots and little grebes are regular visitors.

Only slightly further afield and within easy reach, the renowned Cornish gardens at Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick are just waiting to be explored, and the surfing beaches and cliff walks of the north coast are less than an hour away.

For further adventure on the water, why not take a trip on one of the regular ferries which run from the nearby Prince of Wales pier to Truro, Flushing, St Mawes and the Helford River; a wonderful way to spot the wildlife, hidden creeks and the flora and fauna so unique to this area.
