Right on the water's edge near the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, Harbour House has stunning views across Falmouth harbour from its windows and balconies. Part of the security-gated Port Pendennis development set in landscaped grounds and built around its own thriving marina, this three-storey contemporary town house provides all the comforts and luxuries of home. A great range of shops, restaurants and pubs are close by with Events Square right on the doorstep, host to many of Falmouth's most prestigious activities including Falmouth Sailing Week, the Oyster Festival and Sea Shanty Festival. Sandy Gyllyngvase beach is just half a mile away and the coastal footpath passes around Pendennis Head and on past beaches and coves towards The Lizard.
Harbour House has a spacious twin bedroom on the ground floor, with its own en suite shower-room and French doors open onto a waterside terrace. A door leads from the entrance hall into the garage where table football will keep youngsters entertained. The first floor's oak-floored sitting/dining-room has comfortable sofas, satellite television and wonderful harbour views, while the kitchen/breakfast-room boasts an American-style fridge/freezer, glass and brushed aluminium units and French windows onto a balcony. The master bedroom is on the second floor, with an en suite shower-room and Juliet balcony with views across the harbour. Another double and a single room share the family bathroom. If there are more in your party and you need even more space, Lock House (1769) is right next door – so why not book both together?
