Just yards from a private marina full of yachts of all sizes, Marina View is a modern town house offering excellent accommodation and ideal for families or groups of friends. Set in Port Pendennis, a beautifully landscaped security-gated development of houses and apartments near Falmouth harbour, this is a wonderful location for exploring the town on foot. The Maritime Museum, shops and restaurants in Events Square, including Rick Stein's renowned fish and chip restaurant, are all just a stroll away. Spread over three floors there is plenty of space to spread out, and two private patios are screened from the communal gardens. Sandy Gyllyngvase beach is only half a mile away and surfboards, kayaks and dinghies can all be hired locally.

Marina View is the perfect base for family holidays with four well-appointed bedrooms, one with a dressing-room and en suite shower-room and the others sharing the family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. The big sitting/dining-room is comfortable and light with French doors opening onto the patio. There is an all-weather tennis court which guests can use or just sit and relax, watching the yachts bobbing on their moorings. The coastal footpath passes Port Pendennis before winding around Pendennis Head and the 16th Century Pendennis Castle then meandering along the coast towards the Helford valley. With ferries to St Mawes, Flushing, Truro and the Helford River, and Falmouth Docks train station only a stroll away, this is also the ideal location for a car-free holiday. There are plenty of beautiful Cornish gardens to visit and the north coast surfing beaches are only half an hour away. Please note that vans (including campervans) are not allowed in Port Pendennis.
