Polwrath is delightful, found down a narrow lane on the edge of Tremar village. The Owners live next door and nurture marvellous gardens, which spread out in front of the property. With reversed accommodation, Polwrath Granary is furnished to a high standard with an open plan living-room upstairs, and all bar one of the bedrooms on the floor below. Behind the property is a heated indoor swimming pool for guests’ sole use. Enjoy a swim whatever the weather, or relax in the sitting-area which overlooks the gardens, where there is a private patio as well as plenty of space for children to run about. The large ornamental lake, stocked with trout (Owners’ pets), is often frequented by wild ducks.

South east Cornwall is very unspoilt and offers easy access to both coasts. The Granary is only a short drive from the Eden Project as well as several National Trust houses and gardens. It's also ideally situated for walks on nearby Bodmin Moor with its many legendary rock formations, and Siblyback Lake, with its trout fishing and watersports, is just down the road.
