The patio is but a few steps away from the beach itself.
The spectacular view from inside the cottage. (new sofa, photos to follow)
Beach Cottage is the property to the left of the picture, with the blue shutters.
The compact but very well equipped kitchen-area.
The double bedroom.
Beach Cottage is approached across the neighbouring property's patio.
You can watch the comings and goings on the beach all day long from your own patio.
Down on the beach just below the cottage.
The beach is sometimes still and peaceful...
...and sometimes the beach is busy with fishermen hard at work!
Looking down at Cadgwith from the clifftop coastal path.
The Todden, which divides the cove, is a popular spot with locals and visitors alike.
A view of the beach from the Todden.
The glorious view as you descend the footpath from the car park into the village.
The footpath leads uphill from the village to the car park.
Just across the road from the Todden is the footpath leading to the village car park.

It is in a lovely location with wonderful views and walks. It is however uphill either way out of the village and to the car park so not really for anyone with mobility problems.

The cottage could not be in a better place and the people that work and live there are very pleasant. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to all our friends. Its nice to be able to get fresh fish straight from the boats and even go out with them.

Excellent location, we have booked this property before.

October 2013

Torches required for footpath from carpark to cottage at night. Owner supplies many useful items such as walking sticks, umbrellas, maps, local information etc which were really helpful and appreciated.

July 2013

Location is magical. Situated just above the wet fish shop but at no time was there any smell.

Go walk the cliff top path to the left to Poltesco, take the right hand kissing gate at the top up to first small quarry. Peregrine lives there and Sunfish in the cove below. Next larger disused quarry, male Kestrel likes taking a dust-bath in the evenings. Otter in the stream at Poltesco were it runs into the sea. (MAGICAL)

We have just returned from a great week at Beach Cottage which has been our 5th year running here now. We enjoy the wonderful location, cosy cottage plus the peace and quiet and relaxed way of life that Cadgwith brings. We love it so much that we have put in a request for our holiday here again next year.
