With its vaulted ceiling and well-proportioned rooms, Coast is a stunning stone-clad home in Croyde, just five minutes from its glorious golden sands and legendary waves.
Step into this contemporary holiday house and head upstairs to the reverse level, open plan kitchen/diner. With its modern vaulted ceiling, this space is flooded with natural light making it a delightful place to cook, dine and relax. The sitting-area features two plump, teal sofas offering perfect refuge after a busy day spent exploring north Devon. Flop down and kick back with a film on the Smart TV. Prefer to read? Leave them to it and head to the spacious hallway with its sofa, a handy alternative spot to relax of an evening.
The kitchen is modern and well-appointed with built-in appliances including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, making self-catering a dream.
Coast has three bedrooms, the first is a roomy triple room with herringbone carpet, a muted palette and its own en suite. The luxurious bed here can be set up as a super-king or two cosy singles, plus there's a separate single bed to boot. There's also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both decorated in calming neutrals with pops of cheerful colour. On the first floor there is a family shower-room, and there's a bath in the en suite if you fancy a restorative soak in the tub.
Outside of Coast you'll find a south-facing terrace, a sun-trap perfect for enjoying your morning brew, sipping an evening tipple or catching some rays away from the crowds.
There's also a garage where you can store all your gear including boards, bikes and kayaks. Down here you'll also spot the table-tennis - anyone for family games night? Outside you'll find a tap for washing off your wetsuits after the beach, plus a rail for hanging them up when you're done. Coast also benefits from off road parking for one car.
