We loved our stay in Maenporth Estate.Great location,beautiful gardens and the swimming pool was excellent with very friendly staff.Would highly recommend it to family and friends.Although the beach was a steep walk away,it is possible to use the car park right on the beach....

We enjoyed our stay at 65 Lower Maen cottage. The property was beautifully decorated and very cosy. The fully stocked cupboard with games, beach utensils, books and toys was definitely a bonus. Lovely sea views at a quiet location with some good amenities on the estate. Location was good to visit some of the local attractions. Hot water was a bit of a thing, with constantly using the booster to heat up the boiler 30 mins before taming a shower or bath. Overall a great stay at a lovely property especially wit a family with young children....

Lovely property , very comfortable in super location. Owners very helpful & provided additional information prior to stay. Probably not suitable for under 3’s as no stairgates & cupboard locks only on cleaning cupboard. Property is beautifully decorated with maritime decorations that were a bit tempting for little hands!! We may well return as it was a fab property but without the grandson !! ...

We had a fantastic stay at 65 Lower Maen Cottage! The cottage itself is spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped — everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday is right at your fingertips. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living spaces were perfect for both relaxing and socializing. One of the absolute highlights is the stunning sea view from the property — waking up to that each morning was such a treat. Even better, it’s just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) down to a beautiful, secluded beach, perfect for a lazy day in the sun or evening strolls. The indoor pool on site was a brilliant bonus — clean, not too warm, and great for kids and adults alike. It was a lovely way to unwind at the end of the afternoon. The location couldn’t be better. With the South West Coast Path right on your doorstep, it's a dream base for walkers and nature lovers. There are scenic coastal walks in both directions, and the surrounding area is full of charm and natural beauty. We would absolutely stay here again — it’s the perfect coastal getaway!...
