Location is awesome between Windermere and Bowness. Lots of food and drink options within easy walking distance. Several walks easily from the house and a great area to explore House felt like home and the owners are great. Very well equipped and 7 adults over 3 generations had an excellent Christmas including home cooked dinner Only downside. The two double beds upstairs are not king sized; Only the downstairs one is. If you are 6'2 or bigger it's not super comfortable ...
