Just the two of us stayed for a week with a small dog. This is a 3 bed, 3 storey cottage. We would not have been comfortable sharing the downstairs (open plan area)with any more people, it would have been very cramped. For the summer months, the outside dining table area with seating for 6 would probably be easier. The stairs are quite steep and the master bedroom tight to move around with the metal bed frame as it’s a squeeze next to the fitted wardrobes & window. The basement bedroom is big but cold and the shower tray needs replacing very soon.

Lovely quiet location with patio area. Immaculate presentation of rooms and furniture. Be prepared for very narrow lanes to access property - car reversing skills required! Footpaths close by.

This is a spacious, light and well-equipped cottage in an extremely peaceful setting. Being in the middle of South Hams it is easy to get to so many places. Be aware that the roads are not for the nervous driver - they are very narrow and hilly.
