We had a great time even though we had no hot water for 2 days this was sorted by the Monday The area was beautiful and the beaches glorious The cottage was excellent

We were not disappointed with Seaway House. The only downside was the time of year we stayed. We would have loved to have taken full advantage of the spacious balcony during warmer times, also not forgetting the well established garden. Notwithstanding, we still appreciated the wonderful sunsets and sunrises from the uninterrupted sea view from the conservatory and bedroom window. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen area is also well equipped if on the small side but overall this is a very minor criticism. Last but not least the wonderful location and its position for exploring this area of the South Devon coast. We are seriously considering booking a further stay in 2025. ...

Great house in an elevated position. Our weather was changeable but it was lovely to be able to sit in the conservatory and watch the sea. Blackpool Sands was a short walk away and a beautiful spot. We made use of the local buses to get to Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. Only £2 each way or free with a bus pass. The house had everything you could need and was in a great location....

Excellent accomodation . Lovely views of the sea The sign on the gate was not easy to read. A little trouble finding the place! The lane it was on did not have the correct sign on it. Instructions in the property guide need updating. Recyclable waste disposal instructions were ambiguous. Waste not taken! Some confusion over who one had to contact if there was a problem. Housekeeper number said we had to ring classic cottages as they, the local contact,were not responsible! ...
