Well, what can I say, The Garden Lodge was a fantastic place to stay. It's situated in the grounds of Tredethy House, which is a lovely house, in amazing grounds, in a beautiful area. In the Lodge waiting for us when we went in were fresh eggs (from the chickens running around), milk, cream, jam and fresh scones. There were even a few treats for the dog. The owners Rosie and Robin are great people, who left you to enjoy your holiday and if you needed them for anything were just a stone throw away. They greeted us when we turned up and waved goodbye when we left. Would we go back, without a doubt. Hopefully Robin will have the pool up and running by then. Thanks for a great stay......

This was our second holiday at The Garden Lodge which is located in beautiful countryside close to The Camel Trail, Pencarrow House and gardens and within reach of the North Cornish coast. Rosie and Roger are excellent, unobtrusive hosts and their chickens provide the most delicious eggs! The bluebells and wild garlic in the garden were spectacular - we hope to return....
