Enter on the ground floor and you'll be welcomed by a tasteful entrance hall that leads through to a cinema and games-room complete with a 2 in 1 games-table with table-tennis and pool table, and plenty of board games.
Head upstairs and you'll be greeted by a stunning open plan living space. Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors open up to create a fabulous space that makes the most of the luscious garden. The sitting-area provides the ideal spot to relax with a coffee and take it all in in the mornings. A wood-burner keeps the space nice and toasty in the evenings while the fantastic kitchen bar offers the perfect space for social family time. The fabulous modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your favourite meals which can be enjoyed at the contemporary glass dining-table.
Next door, a dedicated sitting-room offers another relaxing place to unwind. Here you will find an excellent Smart TV that provides a great source of entertainment in the evenings and a statement wood-burner effect gas stove. Copper Rise House does sit on a select residential estate area with a shared driveway with your neighbours but once past the neighbour's house, your drive and parking area is completely private and not shared.
