We loved everything about this property. It was clean and had everything one needs for a good break. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. The property itself had a country feel and had open views to the rear. Location wise there are lots of places to visit nearby ranging from NY properties to typical Cornish beaches and harbours. We would love to stay again....

Lovely place and location. Quiet and relaxing. Had a countryside feel even though we were 5 minutes of the main road. Hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We will definitely stay again. Close enough to Saltash train station if you wanted the leave the car. All in all 5 stars...

This was our 3rd visit to Valley View. The property is located in quiet countryside location but close to Plymouth. Plenty of places to visit without the need to travel far. Comfortable well equipped property with welcoming hosts.
