We only stayed at Little Eyrin for a couple of nights as we were just in Falmouth for a wedding but we all agreed that it was a lovely property. It was really clean and comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and it was in a great location.

This is our favourite location in Falmouth as in one direction you have a choice of routes to the many delights of the town and in the other the coast path to Maenporth and the possibility of going on to Mawnan Smith via Carlidnack. No other company comes close to Classic Cottages for comfort and attention to detail, it is almost like coming home. Little Eyrin is in a very peaceful and sheltered spot and a very comfortable base to stay in.

We (family with two teenage boys) stayed at Little Eyrin for two weeks and it was like a home from home. First impressions were maintained throughout our stay. There are off road parking spaces for two cars which is a bonus.

The kitchen was well equipped and cooker was good quality as we did a lot of cooking. We were provided by Classic Cottage with change in linen and bathroom towels at the end of the week which was appreciated.

The cottage was only about three minute walk from the beach and we could leisurely amble down at our leisure. There is a coastal walks near the beach which we did a few times so loved the fact that we could explore and leave the car behind. We walked to Pendennis Castle for example and had a lovely time. I woudl highly recommend the Above the bay restaurant which is located at the golf club which is less than 10 minutes walk.

There are three train stations close by and we visited Truro by train for example.

One thing to note is that it is about 25 minute walk to Falmouth town centre and we did not find a local shop which was within 5 minute walk.

Overall, we had a good time and would recommend this cottage and location.

We're so glad you and your family had such a wonderful time here and hope that you were able to enjoy the nearby beach. It must have been lovely to be only five minutes from the sea! Donna, Customer Support

Very comfortable and quiet cottage, superbly equipped and in a great location less than 5 mins walk to Swanpool beach. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely break, easy walk to the beach with no hills! Layout of cottage is fantastic, worked really well. 4 teenagers and 2 adults and we all felt we had space

Little Eyrin is in a lovely location for visiting the Falmouth beaches and walking the coast path. The cottage is furnished to a high standard, and the equipment in the kitchen is excellent.

We loved our short stay at Little Eyrin. It was very comfortable and warm and had everything we needed, and more, for a family of 6! I can see it would be nice in the summer too, with the patio BBQ and seating area. It is close enough to Falmouth town centre and Pendennis Castle to walk (although little legs may struggle). It is less than 5 minutes to Swanpool beach which is very handy. We fully self-catered but we could see lots of lovely places to eat a meal, buy a pasty or have a coffee in Falmouth and by the beaches.

I would not hesitate to book this property again.
The presentation and design of the property is perfect.

We enjoyed staying at Little Eyrin. The location was excellent being only 5 minutes' walk to the beach and local bus into Falmouth. We were able to leave the car during the week and walk in both directions along the nearby coast path. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable with good easy parking. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits was a welcome touch after a long journey.

The property was beautifully presented up a quiet drive way but very close to swanpool beach. Everything was brand new and the kitchen was very well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious and we enjoyed the patio and bbq area. There were lovely little touches like the radio in the kitchen, milk and biscuits, tea and coffee etc. Lovely coastal walk one way to maenporth Beach or the other way past Gylly Beach and in to Falmouth town centre. Would definitely recommend this house, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Great cottage in a fantastic location. Would come again.
