Lovely cottage with amazing views of the sea and St Michael’s Mount. It was so peaceful to sit outside in the little garden listening to the waves and watching the oyster catchers at low tide.

The cottage is in an excellent location, with beautiful views of the sea, St. Michael's Mount, and the bay. One of the best things about it is being able to hear the waves almost all the time.

Fabulous cottage with incredible views, loved going to sleep and waking up listening to the sea, great for cooking and relaxing! Highly recommend d this property!

This is a wonderfully tasteful house, full of the owner's paintings and the most gorgeous pottery. Like so many Cornish town centre properties, there is no parking (we paid £50 for a weekly ticket at St Michael's Mt Long Stay, 800m away) but honestly, you could happily spend a week (or two!) here, just staring out at the stunning, ever changing sea views from the pretty, private garden and the fabulous vista of the Mount from the top bedroom. To wake up to that view every morning was just something else. We loved this proprty and so hope to return!

A fabulous cottage, that I wouldn’t hesitate booking again. Very clean and comfortable, with everything you needed and a good equipped kitchen and nice big table to eat at. The garden patio was a real bonus. Sitting watching the sea, reading a book, having a meal and a glass of wine any time of day was delightful. We spent a whole day sat there relaxing! The quick access to the beach on the left (as you look out to sea) was great. Swimming and snorkelling every day. A perfect location to stroll into town or back from the pub/beach with amenities close at hand. The bus service into Penzance very reliable and good fun on the open top bus! Easy walk back from a day trip to Newlyn & Penzance (approx 1 hr 30 min) from Penzance along the seafront.
Just needs blinds in the double bedroom or optional travel blackout blind - if you like to sleep late during the summer months. We absolutely loved our holiday and didn’t want it to end. For me this was the perfect house and location. Thank you.

What an amazing time you had on holiday relaxing by the sea with the added fun of swimming in the ocean. It all sounds like the most wonderful holiday location with the best possible cottage. We would have loved to helped with the bedroom blinds to make your stay perfect. We hope to welcome you back very soon. Sarah R, Customer Support

No 4 Sea View is well named as it right there on the shore with lovely views and a very sheltered terrace. Just take care using the stairs, especially at night.

This lovely cottage is a hidden gem, it's equipped with everything you could need, well maintained and spotless. Having a garden in a place like Marazion is an added bonus as is the delicious cream tea we found on our arrival. Easy access to main roads, buses and trains if you wish to go exploring Loved it so much we have already booked for next year

I wholeheartedly recommend a holiday here. We’re going back! The vibe is welcoming and cosy and stylish with everything you need for a restorative break. It’s superb value. It was a delightful surprise to find a delicious cream tea waiting for us, such a welcome really set us up after a loooooong journey. I adored the artwork which adorned the walls and the pottery too. Watching the sun rise from the top bedroom was exquisite. Treat yourselves.

The cottage was lovely, views were amazing. Everything was as expected. Thanks for the cream tea, it was delicious.

A lovely cottage with a pretty sunny terrace. A superb view over the sea and to St Michaels Mount with direct access to the beach. A real home from home atmosphere with all the artwork and small touches.

Tall people might find the headroom in the master bedroom a challenge. Also steep stairs and fair walk to car parking might make this cottage unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Classic cottages are super for that special memorable place which is a bit more unusual, yet still very comfortable .

We loved.....the house and it's furnishings and decoration, lovely views and garden, all just beautiful. ....The soap in the bathroom... i inhaled it all the time :-) .....The location so near to the veggie deli, run by a lady who likes the same band as us! ....The care taken by the owner to leave a welcome card and humongous cream tea in the fridge, as well as milk and cookies tea, coffee etc. Little vases of fresh flowers including gorgeous nasturtiums. .....Marazion itself. Only positive criticism...as these didn't spoil our holiday... We were warned about the steep and narrow aspect of the stairs. We're no stranger to that as our own cottage is probably worse! However, the lower stairs are painted only, which looks good, but was soooo slippery! The flooring of the main bedroom and its stairs could have been extended. Blackout blinds would've been good in the main bedroom, as we were awake as soon as the sun was up! (Aware that you don't really want to hide that view though) Slight musty smell in kitchen drawers, could easily be rectified.

Excellent location and views of St Michaels Mount. Property was clean and very comfortable. Loved the cream tea welcome pack.

We loved our holiday at Number 4 Sea View. The property, and views from it, are amazing. The property had everything needed to make it feel like home from home...just wish we could take the view back with us! Thank you very much to the owners and Classic Cottages for making our stay possible and so enjoyable.
